Contractor of the Year

The Central Ohio Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry proudly awarded their 2002 Contractor of the Year Award to Jim Turner of Regency Wallcraft. The William Zinsser Company & American Painting Contractor Magazine also awarded this project their Top Job Award in a separate competition.

 

The NARI competition was judged by a panel of local  industry experts - builders, architects and designers.

 

Entrants were judged on the uniqueness and creativity of the job, the degree of difficulty and achieving the client’s design and schedule goals.

 

The judges singled this entry out for “an exceptional presentation and theme, ’A Race Against Time’.” The project entailed a restoration following flood damage at Winding Hollow Country Club in New Albany, Ohio.
